Brian B Peterson’s connection to Mountain Home, Idaho, goes back to 1885, when his ancestors first settled in Elmore County. Brian grew up in Mountain Home, Idaho, where he graduated from High School and developed many life-long friends and connections to the Mountain Home, Idaho, community. After spending two years at Idaho State University, where he met his wife, Brian obtained his BBA from Boise State University in Computer Information System in 2002, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He went on to graduate from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 2005, and has been with Hall, Friedly & Ward ever since. Brian returned to Mountain Home, Idaho, to raise his children in this great town with hopes to serve and help shape the Mountain Home community as the community served and shaped him growing up. Brian was admitted to practice in all Idaho State and Federal Courts in 2005, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2007. Brian’s practice covers a rich, diverse scope of legal fields including general litigation, contracts, estate planning, wills, probate, adoption, guardianship/conservatorship, business law, water law, real estate, quiet title, landlord and tenant law, political entity representation, family law, divorce, custody, personal injury, criminal law, DUI, misdemeanor, and appellate law. As a result of living in St. Petersburg, Russia, for two years, Brian is competent in Russian and welcomes Russian speaking clients. Brian is happily married with five children and enjoys spending his free time playing competitive volleyball and other sports with his bride and children, serving in his church and the community, coaching youth sports, and spending as much time as possible in the incredible Idaho outdoors with his family hiking, hunting, and fishing.
